HEART ❤️‍🔥 HEARTH

Candlelight | Cacao | Rose | Sound | Sauna

An alternative Valentine’s evening

Join us for a one-off candlelit evening at Saunassa hosted by , offering a softer, more grounded way to meet Valentine’s Day.

We begin with a heart-centred cacao + rose ceremony, inviting warmth, presence and emotional connection, gently supporting the heart and nervous system with its calming, expansive and nurturing qualities. You’ll then be guided into a sound journey that encourages deep rest, resonance and inner spaciousness.

The evening completes with social time in the woodfired hot tubs and sauna allowing the body to integrate, soften and release through warmth and contrast.

This experience welcomes love in all its forms. Come alone, with a friend, or with a significant other. No expectations, no performance, just space to arrive and connect.

A nourishing evening of candlelight, scent, sound and heat, held in community.

Three moon cycles in Goa.
And somehow it feels like I left only yesterday.

This time has been full to the brim with learning, devotion, remembering. My quiet intention throughout was simple. To be present with myself and with each moment. To allow what needed to unfold. To feel into desire and listen for my heart’s call. To allow it all to be.

Arriving at the tail end of the year of the Snake, doubts around the unknown have loosened their grip. Old narratives are softening, falling away. Shedding what was never mine to carry back to the earth. Letting the skin split, and stepping out lighter. With a month still left of the year of the Snake, I hope to use the last of the dark days to shed a little more… simplifying, cleaning out, letting go.

India offered me her simplicity. Bare feet, warm mornings, devotion woven into daily life. A remembering of what truly matters. That we don’t need more stuff to be content, and in actual fact, less is more.

I return inspired to prioritise with more care, more honesty, more reverence for my own needs.

The days away were a gift. Treasured moments with my Mother, with Nate, with my Dad who I had not seen in ten years. With the land. With old and new teachers. With students who travelled all the way to India to be on retreat. And perhaps most importantly, with myself.

I gave time to tend the fire within. To my heart, my body, my voice, my mind, my practice. To increase my appetite for life… and so, I come back renewed. Creating space for the months ahead to open slowly, like a new bloom meeting the morning sun. And holding deep gratitude for my partner, family, clients, colleagues and friends who supported my absence from everyday life.

Feeling full. Feeling alive. Feeling inspired.

There is devotion in letting your voice be imperfect. Cracked notes, wavering tones, quiet murmurs are all part of the offering. This is not about sounding beautiful. It is about sounding true. Allowing what is present to move, to be heard, to be met with reverence.

Before the mind, before meaning, there was sound. Breath moving through the dark. A hum. A call. A prayer without words.

When I sing mantra, medicine song, I am not trying to get anywhere. My voice becomes a vessel rather than a performance. Sound moves through bone, through water, through the soft tissues of my heart. Repetition is not mechanical. It is tidal. Each round smoothing the edges of thought, loosening what has been held too tightly.

Jai Ma, The Great Mother, The Devine Force, I sing to you ❤️‍🔥

There are seasons when we sink inward, not as a failure but as a return. A return to the quieter rooms of the heart. A return to the places that still ask for our attention.

With courage we pause and feel.

There may be pain or numbness or frustration… but then there is the rise. The slow and steady reclaiming of breath. The gentle gathering of ourselves after meeting what once felt overwhelming.

Defending our peace is not always fierce. Sometimes it looks like staying present. Sometimes it looks like choosing clarity instead of chaos. Sometimes it looks like offering tenderness to the parts that once hid.

When we sink inward with awareness, when we pause to feel, to be, we then rise with compassion, we create an inner landscape where strength and softness can live side by side.

I feel so blessed that I have gifted myself this time and space to sink inward. To pause. To feel. To rise, more accepting of myself, more connected to myself and this crazy ride that is life 🕊️🙏.

🏵️HAPPY PLACE🏵️

How beautiful it’s been learning again in such an intense and dedicated way. I feel blessed to have Space to reflect… to breathe… to be.

provided a poignant anchor-point of contemplation for my first week of training… “ what is happiness to me?” … From a yogic point of view, happiness is not a destination or a finish line. It is not a badge of success or a measure of whether life is going well. Happiness is a passing state of mind, an emotion that moves like sunlight drifting across a hillside. It arrives. It warms. It fades. Its gentle impermanence is part of its beauty.

When we try to grasp it, it slips away. When we chase it, it feels further from reach. Yoga and its teachings reminds us that happiness was never meant to be held in a tight fist. It is a visitor, not a possession. (and that can be said for all other emotions too, including the ones we don’t enjoy.)

What matters is the spaciousness within us that notices those moments of lightness and joy when they appear. The soft lift in your chest, the widening breath, the sense of brightness that moves through your body. These moments are gifts, not goals.

The deeper practice is not to cling to happiness, but to cultivate the awareness that allows you to witness it, savour it, and let it pass without losing yourself in the longing for more.

In that awareness, a quieter steadiness grows. It is less dramatic than happiness and far more grounding. A sense of presence. A sense of being here, in this breath, in your body, in this unfolding moment.

From that place, happiness arrives in its own time and in its own way, like a bird choosing to land on an open palm. No grasping. No measurement. Only experience.

🥰🕊️🙏

P.s… last photo is me happy, but very tired, at the edge of my energetic limit… first photo, is me happy too, but bright eyes, bright heart and ready to go! …I’m always so amazed at how our faces, eyes, bodies tell such a story of where we are at. And how, with a little rest, love and care, we can show up brighter and more alive than ever! 🥰

S L O W T I M E 🐌

We live world where a “successful life” is measured by how much we perform and progress… but what happens when we slow down to a stop? Perhaps something in us will stir awake… a part of us that is only awakened when we pause to breathe, to rest… to spend time around the fire, without screens, or to-do lists… communing with nature and her healing gifs. 🧚

Here’s your sign to slow down, to rest, to stop scrolling… take a breath, be with your body… listen to your heart 💚

✽ Udwarthnam ✽

Herbal Body Scrub & Massage 💆‍♀️
*book via my bio or send me a DM 🕊️

What is it? 🤔
An invigorating Ayurvedic treatment using warm oil and medicated herbal powders rhythmically massaged into your body to awaken circulation, renew your skin, and balance the doshas. Unlike oil-only massage, Udwarthnam uses a dry herbal blend that both exfoliates and nourishes, supporting detoxification through your skin; one of the body’s primary organs of elimination.

This ancient Ayurvedic therapy…
🌿 Reduces excess body fat and stagnation in the tissues
🌿 Promotes radiant, youthful skin, softening the appearance of wrinkles
🌿 Purifies the system, helping to release waste products that accumulate from sluggish sweat glands
🌿 Eases dryness, itching, and skin conditions linked to internal imbalance
🌿 Supports nervous system stability, particularly beneficial for those experiencing tremors or Parkinson’s disease
🌿 Improves appetite and digestion, harmonising your body’s inner fire

🍂 A wonderful treatment for autumn, when the air turns cool and dry and your body begins to crave warmth, stimulation, and grounding. Udwarthnam helps counterbalance Vata’s airy qualities, restoring smoothness to your skin and steadiness to your mind.

The result is a feeling of lightness, clarity, and renewal, with skin that glows from within, and a body that feels both grounded and energised.

A beautiful choice as the seasons change, or whenever your body calls for cleansing, stimulation, and revitalisation. ✨
