It was an honour to be asked by the family to lead a service recently in Bodmin.

The guitar-shaped floral tribute felt like the perfect symbol of a spirit who lived with passion, musicality, steadiness and a spark that drew others close.

We reflected on the idea that energy is always moving, shifting and becoming something new, a belief that offered a sense of peace in the room.

And for someone who lived with such brightness and curiosity, it felt exactly right. If you look up at the sky tonight, you might feel that story continuing in the glow of the stars.

This lady dedicated her knowledge and passion to the inception of the woodland surrounding Tresillian House and beside the Nature Walk at Dairyland.
