Savitra is the divine energy of the Sun, which will be at its most potent on the longest day. In yogic philosophy, the sun represents consciousness, vitality, and prana.

A mixture of yogic practices of asana,pranayama and meditation, supported with journaling and mindful arts. Indulge in the extended sun light and soak up the high energies in practise.
