That’s a wrap!!! Some of our amazing induction group looking very happy to have completed their 3 week induction! They’ve had a very informative training schedule designed to prepare them for their first shifts in our homes! They now go on to join our teams and start getting to know the people we support & building positive rapports! Great work everyone you’ve been awesome!! 💚
