The Tresleigh team held their regular team meeting today! The team had a productive session, exploring a detailed PBS plan for one of the people they support, including a review of proactive strategies to achieve the best outcomes. They also began planning for summer, sharing ideas to keep everyone engaged and active, and introduced weekly themed food nights to encourage involvement in meal preparation and promote independence.
Safeguarding remained a key focus, along with the importance of strong, collaborative working — not only within the team, but also with families, professionals, and the wider MDT.
A great reflection of teamwork, shared goals, and keeping the people they support at the centre of everything they do 💚🙌💚

Springfield enjoyed a trip to Center Parcs recently! They explored and admired the peaceful, 400 acre forest vistas looking for deer and listening to birds. Days were spent cycling through the forest, racing through the river rapids and basking under the April sun on a boat on the lake. A wonderful time was had for all 💚🙌💚

Huge happy birthday to a very special gentleman we support!
The day was centred around the things he enjoys most — a phone call with his special family, opening his presents, prawn tacos, served with fresh guacamole and melon salsa, thoughtfully prepared by former Chef Samu.
He enjoyed a trip out, followed by a delicious homemade cake baked by his housemate & Emma!! Happy birthday 💚🙌💚
