Thinking of my nan today who has been in pain for the last few years and is finally having a revision total hip arthroplasty π¦Ώ
81 years young and she has been on the rower 4x a week for 20 minutes for about 18 months now. On top of this she gets in regular steps and eats a Mediterranean based diet.
She has found that exercise not only has put her in a better spot for her overall health/fitness prior to surgery, but has also helped her manage the pain.
An incredible example to us all! I'm looking forward to helping you with the rehab and getting you back even stronger ππΌπ
