This year we have learnt how important your health is. Diet and exercise are integral to this so why not make yourself a priority this coming year. It will be the best investment you ever make. A stronger, healthier you.

So, we are heading for another lockdown.... I hoped to unveil my new venue for 1 to 1 and small group training but that will have to wait.

Myself and Jolene from Pitch Perfect Nutrition are working together to come up with a new Zoom programme so you can hit 2021 running. More details to come. Watch this space.

This programme will be suitable for all levels of fitness, it will include live zoom classes, help to set up my fitness pal, nutrition advice, weekly recipes, cookery demonstrations, health and fitness chats, private group, motivation, support and most importantly fun and craic.

If interested, message me to get your name down. More details will be posted next week.

Struggling to hit your protein goal. Next week is dedicated to why is protein so important and I will be posting some easy tips and tricks to increase your consumption.
