Wednesday – Beginner Friendly!
6:15 PM & 7:30 PM – Hot Yoga (Vinyasa based) 😊

Thursday
9:45 AM – Heated Pilates (45 mins)

Saturday
10:00 AM – Heated Vinyasa

Please come along and join us for the Brian Sloan JNR memorial Charity Football Tournament & Family Fun Day. Sunday 4th May,1pm Newry City Athletic Football Club

Brian Sloan JNR lost his life in an RTC 27th September 1996 and his family and friends have come together in honour of Brian's memory and to support the work that we do.💞
This will be a day full of action, laughter, and community spirit and you are all invited!
Whether you’re playing or just chilling, bring your family and all your friends. Let’s raise some funds and have a blast doing it!

A date for your diary everyone. Kevin Lyons a volunteer with Newry City Athletic Football Club is hosting a quiz in the club Saturday 13th April raising vital funds for our Support and Wellness and our Road safety Prevention and Education. Places will be limited so message us to secure your team.

Monday 7.30pm - any spaces will be released this next week coming. Block starts the 6th feb.

Beginners on Wednesday:
Two classes 6.15pm and 7.30pm. Any enquiries please DM. Starts this week (31st)

Pregnancy classes TBC : commencing after the weekend of the 17th.

Mother and baby. Enquire for next block.

Children’s yoga finishes this week for two weeks and will commence Thursday 22nd February.
