After a busy period supporting local businesses with their HR needs, I thought it was time to properly reintroduce McParland Consultancy.

Iโ€™m Marian, and I founded McParland Consultancy to provide practical HR support to businesses across Newry and Northern Ireland.

Over the years, Iโ€™ve worked with SMEs who donโ€™t need a full-time HR department or require help on more complex HR issues, but do need someone experienced in their corner when it comes to:

WE ARE HIRING!

Office Administrator

We wish to appoint an Office Administrator to join our successful family business. This is a full-time permanent position, working Monday to Friday.

Your duties will include but not limited to:

- Compilation of despatch and invoicing documents
- Preparing and checking monthly customer invoices and statements
- Liaising with customers and managing their accounts
- Taking customer payments
- Answering telephone, taking orders and email reply- General administrative duties

This is an ideal role for a strong administrator who is highly organised with an eye for detail.

To succeed in the role, you will need: -

- Strong computer literacy skills
- Competency in SAGE or a similar accounts package (Desirable)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Self-confidence and ability to work on own initiative

In return, we offer a competitive salary of circa ยฃ24k per annum, flexibility in terms of start/finish times, Private medical insurance and the opportunity to work in a successful well-established team.
