A sore shoulder joint can be a very limiting injury. Typically worsening in the evenings!

The shoulder joint is surrounded by a group of muscles (rotator cuff) which all can be massaged to help manage the pain and increase movement.

Massage is a brilliant option for aiding this type of injury as it reduces muscle inflammation, decreases pain, reduces scar tissue build up and therefore increases flexibility and movement within the shoulder girdle.
