Murphy (Banbridge) died 10th April 2026 peacefully at Craigavon Area Hospital, Eugene R.I.P. Son of the late Peter and Catherine Murphy. Survived by his sister Teresa McMullan and brother Finbar. Brother of the late Isobel, John, Patrick, Gerald, Brian, Kevin and Anthony. Sacred heart of Jesus have mercy on his soul.

His remains will repose at his home, 2 Scarva Walk, Banbridge from 7pm today Friday until removal on Sunday at 2.30pm for 3.00pm Funeral Mass in St. Patrickโ€™s Church, Dromore Street, Banbridge. Burial afterwards in St. Patrickโ€™s Cemetery, Dromore Road.

Deeply regretted by his sorrowing sister, brother, sisters in law, nephews, nieces, family circle & friends.

Fearon (Dorsey, Cullyhanna) died peacefully surrounded by his loving family 1st April 2026. Mรญceรกl RIP, beloved and only son of the late Eilish and Peter Fearon. Deeply loved and cherished brother of Angela (Turley) and the late Majella (Jella) (McKeever). Much-loved brother-in-law of Mickey and Michael.

May his gentle soul rest in peace.

Mรญceรกlโ€™s remains will repose at his home house, where he lived with Majella, Michael, Michaela, Ciaran, Peter and Eilish: 74 Drumalt Road, Dorsey, Cullyhanna, BT35 0QD from 6pm until 10pm on Wednesday and from 12pm until 9pm on Thursday. House private for family only on Friday morning. His remains will arrive at St. Patrickโ€™s Church, Cullyhanna, for 10:30am Funeral Service on Good Friday, followed by burial in St. Josephโ€™s Cemetery, Meigh.

Mรญceรกl will be forever loved and sadly missed by his nieces and nephews Michaela, Ciaran, Peter and Eilish (McKeever), Rebecca and Ryan (Turley); His grand nieces and nephews; his cousins Mary Luckie and Mairead McGahon (McMahon); the wider family circles of McMahons, Luckies, Mortons, Turleys and McKeevers; his family neighbours and many friends.

Mรญceรกl brought great joy to all who knew him. His infectious laughter, love of singing, dancing and his gentle, affectionate nature made him truly special. He found happiness in the simple things: his music, his routines, and most of all, being surrounded by those he loved. He will be remembered for his warm smile, his playful spirit, and the love he showed in his own unique and beautiful way.

The family wish to express their heartfelt thanks to all who cared for Mรญceรกl throughout his wonderfully fulfilled life and into the later stages of his life, especially the staff and residents of Digneyโ€™s Care Home, Cairnhill Nursing Home, Rathfriland Road, Newry. Also a special thanks also to his GP, the district and community nurses, the acute care team and Daisy Hill Hospital for their kindness and care.

Flowers welcomed or donations in lieu, if desired, to The Rainbow Club, Crossmaglen (Collection bucket at the family home).

Martin (Newry ) died 27th March 2026 peacefully at Daisy Hill Hospital. Patrick (Paddy) RIP beloved husband of Bernadette and much loved father of Lorraine, Geraldine, Kieran and Jeanette. Brother of Robert, James and the late Johnny. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on his soul.

His remains will repose at his home, 14 Watsons Road, Newry. House open on Saturday and Sunday from 2:00pm until 9:00pm. Approach home via Dublin Road / Liska Road. Removal on Monday for 11:30am Funeral Mass in the Church of The Assumption Drumalane. Interment afterwards in Monkshill Cemetery.

We, the family of Peter Curley, wish to express our heartfelt thanks to all those who sympathised with us during our profound loss. To all who called at our home, telephoned, sent messages, letters, sympathy and Mass cards, brought gifts, attended the wake and funeral or helped and supported us in any way, we are truly grateful.

A sincere thank you to our neighbours, old and new, to our colleagues and friends whose thoughtfulness brought us comfort and strength throughout Peter's illness and, in particular, in his final days when we needed it most.

We wish to express our gratitude to the medical professionals who cared for Peter. Thank you to the Oncology Team at Belfast City Hospital, our GPs Drs Cronin and Tipping, the Hospital at Home Team, the Palliative Care Team, the District Nurses, Carers, the Staff at Daly's Pharmacy and, in particular, the Doctors and Nurses of 1 West in Craigavon Area Hospital who cared for Peter with kindness and dignity in his final days.

We wish to convey a special message of thanks to Father Andrew McMahon PP for his considerate ministrations, the beautiful Requiem Mass and his heartfelt sermon.

We also thank Finbarr Keaveney for the meaningful music and song which added so much to the Mass and celebration of Peter's life.

A final word of thank you to James Digney at Charles Digney and Sons Funeral Directors for the dignified and respectful manner in which the funeral arrangements were conducted.

While we cannot thank everyone individually, we are most appreciative of all who stood by us during Peterโ€™s illness and at the time of his passing. Please accept this message as a token of our heartfelt appreciation.

We, the family of the late Denis Lennon who died 26th February 2026 would like to thank the doctors and staff of Dr.Cupples' Surgery and also the carers who attended to Dinny daily. To the Rathfriland District nurses, Twilight nurses and those from Life & Time, we thank you for his care.

We thank Canon Kearney, Father Charles Byrne and Father Kevin Conway for the lovely ceremony and Janice McElroy for her beautiful music and singing. James and the staff at Digney's for their help and anyone else that helped in any way during the wake and funeral, we thank you. Lastly, we extend our thanks to everyone who called to the house with Dinny and to those that called during the wake and all who attended the funeral.

The family of the late Patrick (Patsy)Tumilty, Larchwood Avenue, who died on 21st February 2026, wish to sincerely thank all those who offered their sympathy, support and kindness following their recent bereavement.

We are deeply grateful to all who called to the house, sent Mass cards and sympathy cards, flowers and messages of support, and to those who attended the wake and funeral. Your kindness and support were a great comfort to us at this difficult time.

Our sincere thanks to Dr. Dillon, the District Nursing Team and the Acute Care Team for the care, kindness and compassion shown to Patsy.

We would like to express our gratitude to Fr. McMahon for his prayers, to Deacon Rooney for celebrating the funeral service, and to Maria for the beautiful music which made the ceremony so special.

The family of the late Margaret McAteer nรฉe Sweeney wish to express their heartfelt gratitude to all who offered sympathy and support during their recent bereavement.

We are deeply touched by the kindness shown by everyone who attended the wake and funeral, sent mass offerings, floral tributes or sympathy cards, and left messages of condolence online. A particular word of thanks to all the family, friends and neighbours who provided refreshments during the wake and assisted in so many thoughtful ways.

We extend our sincere appreciation to all who were involved in Margaretโ€™s care. To Dr. McVerryโ€™s Medical Practice, for their dedicated and attentive care over the years; to McKeagneyโ€™s Pharmacy for their consistently efficient service; and to Annโ€™s Carer team, the District Nurses, and the Acute Care at Home team whose compassion and support brought great comfort to our Mother in her final weeks โ€“ we are truly grateful.

Our warmest thanks go to Very Rev. Charles Byrne, who celebrated the funeral mass with such care, to Deacon Gerry and Francis McMahon who were a source of support to Mum throughout the years, and to รine McAteer whose beautiful music was a truly fitting tribute.

We are also deeply grateful to the members of the branch of St. Ita and Fr. John Rooney, Ballyholland INF for their guard of honour at the funeral and for their generous hospitality in opening their hall for the luncheon, with thanks to the Diamondโ€™s Restaurant for providing such a lovely meal for family and friends.
