The family of the late Bill Copeland wish to express our heartfelt thanks and sincere appreciation to everyone who supported and sympathised with us during our recent bereavement.

We are deeply grateful to our family, friends and neighbours who attended the wake and funeral, sent Mass cards and messages of condolence, telephoned, visited, and brought food to our home. Your kindness, support and generosity brought us great comfort during this difficult time.

A special word of thanks to Rory and Nicky from The Windmill Bar for kindly providing refreshments following the funeral service.

We would also like to sincerely thank the carers who supported and cared for Bill with such kindness, compassion, dignity and professionalism.

Our sincere thanks to Fr. Alphonsus Chukwunenye for celebrating the Requiem Mass and for his comforting words to the family. Thanks also to everyone who participated in the Mass, and to Janice Gribben for the beautiful singing.

Finally, we extend our sincere gratitude to Charles Digney & Sons Funeral Directors for the caring, respectful and professional manner in which they carried out the funeral arrangements and supported us at this sad time.

His remains will repose in Charles Digney & Sons Funeral Home, 4 Sugar House Quay, Newry on Sunday from 3pm until 5pm. Funeral mass will be celebrated at 12.30pm on Monday in St. Catherine's Church, Dominic Street. Burial afterwards in Monkshill Cemetery.
