Sunday 28th January 2024;
It promises to be a day worth investing in yourself. Life is crazy busy and particularly for women who feel the need to spread themselves in 100 different directions.

This day is completely centred around you, sitting at a table with a group of women enjoying nourishing food that is handed to you, taking time to breath and move your body that feels like a pleasure not a punishment. Allowing yourself to really be “you” for a day.

And the best part, you will walk away with a tool box of recipes from the day and practical tips and tricks to carry into your everyday life.
Because as good as a reset day is, we need to be able to slow down more often and nourish our body everyday. 💞
