Very excited to be an official member of Newry Chamber

Absolutely delighted to welcome our , Food Script Nutrition, led by Sarah Morton, a Dietitian with 13+ years' experience, NHS and private practice.

Sarah specialises in disordered eating which include diagnosed eating disorders in adolescents and adults as well as binge eating disorders and general weight management concerns.

Passionate about health but also our relationship with food, she brings her many years of behaviour change techniques, clinical knowledge but most importantly compassion in the provision of bespoke care.

Sarah has extensive experience and additional training in IBS and the implementation of a low FODMAP diet in order to manage IBS symptoms.

In addition to the above, Sarah has a huge interest in female hormonal nutrition concerns which includes fertility nutrition, polycystic ovarian syndrome as well as peri/menopausal nutrition.

As well as individual input, Sarah also has extensive experience/training, providing input to businesses, private health care settings, schools and voluntary organisations

With clinics located in Holywood, Hillsborough and the newly launched Mourne Private Clinic in Newry, there are a number of physical clinics at multiple convenient locations across County Down and input can also be virtual if preferred.

Trying very hard to do a lot of things but starting with what I can do … prepping my lunch.

Gosh life does get in the way sometimes but after a days away in rainy but lovely Wexford I’ve come home feeling like I can do this!!

I can’t promise my socials will be lighting up your feed but I do promise to keep it real.

Moral of the story. Just. Start. Somewhere.
