The app we suggest has lots of low calorie meal ideas but we think you should make life as easy as possible for yourself. We understand you might have had a hard day at work, your tired, youve kids and a husband you dont want to be cooking several meals much less working it all out.

So we suggest you pick some really easy recipes, like vegetable curry, make a big pot of it and separate it into one portion sizes in freezer friendly sandwich bags and then freeze it.
Its even easier then you think personally I buy a mixed chopped pack of frozen veg from sainsburys put it in some hot water and mix up some powdered curry sauce in another pot. Drain the veg and pour in the curry, thats it. You could have 20 meals cooked for yourself in less than 20 minutes. Let cool, divide and freeze. Microwave for 3 mins with some cauliflower rice.

Saves time, no waste food, saves electric as you dont need to cook everyday and therefore saves money.

Dieting doesnt need to be complex. You can of course start to make and freeze more complex meals, this is just an example of how simple it can be.
