Simple, gentle and incredibly effective - this ball is your best friend for late pregnancy, labour and postpartum.

A fantastic workshop this morning focused on Bone Health with the amazing ✨🦴
We explored isometric poses that specifically support bone density. Alongside hydration 💧, sunshine ☀️, good nutrition 🥗, rest 😴, and regular movement 🧘‍♀️, this style of practice can make a real difference to our bones.
Holding the asanas a little longer 🔥 is where the magic truly happens 💫
I’m really looking forward to bringing this into my classes for both men and women 👩‍🦰👨‍🦱 It’s never too late to start taking care of yourself ❤️ This approach can be especially helpful for those with osteopenia

Today we explore Dharana( 6th Limb of Yoga) through Trataka — gently training the mind to rest on one point.
Our focus is the Manipura Chakra 🔥 — the center of strength, willpower, and inner fire.
🕯️ We will begin with soft candle gazing.
🌬️ Breathe into the belly, awaken the core.
🧘 Move slowly with steady drishti and mindful pauses.
Silently repeat:
“I am steady. I am strong. I am focused.”
Return to the gaze at the end, noticing a calmer mind and brighter inner light.

We breathe deeply.

We sing little rhythms to our babies 🎶
We feed our babies 🍼
We change, cuddle, soothe and sing 💞
We pause when baby needs us.
We hold them close.
We go with the flow.
Today we enjoyed a little baby reflexology taster while we chatted over tea 👣☕
A calm moment for mums and babies alike.
We connect with our baby — and with other lovely mums 👩‍👧‍👦
We chat over a warm cuppa ☕
