Very proud to be stocked by Nature's Gold one of the oldest and best health stores in Ireland, celebrating 43 years in business. This remarkable store has been servicing Greystones and the surrounding areas throughout the years. I stopped in on a recent delivery to say hello and met with the amazing and very knowledgeable staff.

This is my overnight organic oats recipe. I know this is a very large serving but that's only because I am also having part of this for my lunch aswell. It's a delicious and very nutritious way to start your day.

The ratio can be adjusted to suit yourself but I use the 1 to 1 ratio. 1 part oats to 1 part milk, water, coconut water, oat milk or whatever you prefer. I like to add dried mango that has been chopped into small pieces as they will soften with the liquid.
Leave in the fridge for at least 2 hours but ideally overnight. Tip! Make up a killner jar with some of your favourite chopped nuts. Seeds, Raisins, banana chips etc. Then simply sprinkle over top, don't forget about a big teaspoon of our Vita Plantae Botanical 45 Blend to give it that microbial boost.

I used the following Vita Plantae Organic Dried ingredients. Chia seeds, Pumpkin seeds, Pecans, Brazil nuts, Banana chips, a pinch of Celtic Sea Salt and Mango.
I promise you won't be hungry afterwards.
