2025 was an incredible year for us. We were busier than ever and had the privilege of helping so many amazing clients — many of whom have become close friends.

That got us thinking about how we wanted things to look in 2026…
Not just keeping up with demand, but growing, evolving, and taking our service to the next level — so we can make an even bigger impact.

That led us to finding someone who aligned with our values, and brought the talent and enthusiasm to help us reach our potential for 2026

First marathon completed ✅

We helped multiple runners this year, and in years past, get over their running injuries and make it to the start line of a marathon.

They are some of the most rewarding rehab projects that we work on. Supporting clients that have big ambitions and a strong mindset to achieve their goals

This year it was nice to test myself and put some skin in the game. See if I could also walk the walk 🚶‍♂️

Really enjoyable training journey from start to finish. Lots of lesson learned and excited to keep pushing on from here 📈

Love getting feedback from our post op patients.
Geraldine made a great recovery following her knee replacement.

She worked with us on here rehabilitation and now has a new lease on life after years of suffering with pain.
