A little update from us…

Just to let you know, there has been a small increase to our treatment prices following our move to becoming VAT registered.

As the clinic continues to grow, this adjustment helps us continue providing the high standard of care, treatments, and environment that our clients know and trust.

A powerful and grounding combination for calming and resetting the nervous system 💜

As more of our therapists have now trained in this treatment, we’re really pleased to be able to offer the NADA Protocol combined with Reflexology more widely within the clinic.

The NADA Protocol uses specific acupuncture points in the ears to help calm and regulate the nervous system. Reflexology is then carried out during the treatment to help the body relax more deeply and support an overall sense of balance.

Together, the treatments help create space for both the body and mind to properly slow down and settle.

This combination can be supportive for:

▪️ Anxiety and emotional tension
▪️ Poor sleep
▪️ Burnout & nervous system fatigue

As Airmid Therapies continues to grow, we’re now regularly using both downstairs and upstairs treatment rooms within the cottage.

If you require a downstairs room, or have any accessibility needs, please let us know when booking in the notes and we’ll always do our best to accommodate you.

Our aim is for everyone to feel comfortable, supported, safe and relaxed when visiting us.

Many of our clients are deeply relaxing during their treatments, so we kindly ask that voices are kept low throughout the cottage where possible.

We also ask that treatment rooms are only entered when your therapist invites you in, helping us maintain comfort and privacy for everyone.
