This morning I was invited to host a yoga class to a group of mums from Craigavon for health and Well-Being.
It was held at The Brambles Annalong .. a peaceful location for the ladies retreat.
Thankyou Gillian Davidson - Burns for inviting me hold space for the ladies .. Hopefully we can work together again in the near future 💖💖✨✨✨🙏🙏

We had a lovely day on Saturday at the Yoga Morning with lunch in the bell tent🏕
Next one is FULlY BOOK on 26th July 🧘🏻‍♀️🙏
There will be another one middle of August

You don’t need any yoga experience .. it’s a very relaxing and enjoying morning..
