I’m delighted to say ABC (Annalong Book Club) will be celebrating 2 years of monthly reading this week . 1 book a month chosen by a member then followed up by discussion , food and beverages , laughter and friendship . Such a variety of books and genre have been read during these past 24 months .

The Therapy Room
Re opens on Monday 5th January!! Welcome everyone to a healthier and happier 2026 . Reiki Healing Chakra Balancing and 1-1Therapy for those suffering from anxiety and stress issues.

Tai Chi classes and Meditation group classes will also resume in February. These will be on Monday mornings and Monday evenings.
This is to give you a chance to decide what you really want to try or commit to in 2026 without jumping in too quickly . They will be for 4 weeks 2nd 9th 16th and 23rd .

Massage therapies will also resume in February
