𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗝𝗼𝗵𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗦𝗜 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗰

John graduated from Trinity College Dublin with First Class Honours and gained experience across musculoskeletal and orthopaedic settings, including Santry Sports Clinic UPMC and SPARC Private Practice.

He has a real passion for helping people move better, recover from injuries, and getting them back to doing the things they love.

John takes an evidence-based approach to rehabilitation and places a strong emphasis on strength and conditioning.

Outside of work, he loves training in the gym, running, and playing Gaelic football, which helps him better understand the demands placed on active people and athletes.

He prides himself on delivering high-quality care and achieving the best possible outcomes for every client he works with.
