Our Mourne Scan Clinic colleague Shenna, and her family, are undertaking the 10 peaks Challenge in the Mourne Mountains this weekend, in memory of her beautiful daughter Grace, who would have been 10 this year.
Shenna and her family wanted to mark Graceโs spiritual 10th birthday, by raising funds for the Paediatric Ambulatory Ward (PAW) in Daisy Hill Hospital, in her memory.
Shenna said: โGrace had a great love for music, so to thank our local hospital for the support they give to all children and families in our community, I will be donating musical instruments to the PAW ward. We all know how daunting a hospital visit can be for any child, so donations big or small would be greatly appreciated. All proceeds will go towards making these visits a little more fun for the children in the Paediatric Ambulatory Ward (PAW) at Daisy Hill Hospital.โ
The entire team at Mourne Private Clinic and Mourne Scan Clinic would like to send our love and support to our colleague Shenna and her family, and wish them the very best of luck on the 5 & 6th of July as they undertake the 10 Peaks Challenge.
