Looking for a way to truly unwind… but traditional meditation just isn’t your thing?
This class is designed for you.

My Relax Yoga Meditation is a gentle, slow-paced practice (inspired by yin yoga) that helps you:

• Release deep tension in the body
• Stretch and nourish your fascia for better mobility
• Calm your mind without needing to “switch off” completely
Supports better sleep
• Calms the nervous system
• Be still… in an active, supported way
• All poses seated or lying down

All set to tranquil, calming music to help you fully switch off and drift into relaxation.

It’s the perfect balance between movement and meditation.

🌿 Suitable for all levels unless pregnant or recent hip or knee replacement

This is a softer, more mindful approach to wellbeing, everyone is welcome.

Join me for a deeply relaxing evening of sound healing and meditation. Experience the soothing sounds of Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, and gentle percussion instruments in a serene environment.

Beautiful woman and an inspiration!

It is with profound sadness that we share the news of the death of our dear colleague Denise Hagan RIP, a deeply valued member of our Music department at St Paul's.

Denise bore her illness with remarkable grace and dignity and will be dearly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her and working alongside her.

May God grant her gentle rest. St Paul, pray for her.
