When the therapist tells you to breathe?
We do. A lot.
Between us we've racked up over two decades of professional experience in complementary therapies + talk therapy.
💪Here we are...
That means we've studied it, we've practiced it, + most importantly... we live it now.
We're not just reading from a manual + we def don't preach. When we say have you ever booked Reflexology? it’s because we book one too.
When we recommend deep breathing, it’s usually because we just finished doing it in the bathroom, (hiding from our children lol)😜
We honestly practice what we share, because we know firsthand: this stuff works.
We believe the most effective approach comes from people who understand the messiness of life. And we def have messy lives too.
So we make Reflexology, therapy, breath...a habit.
Not a habit that needs to be every single day- that's unrealistic. Life is busy. A habit that fits into your busy life...that's more realistic.
