We offer great coffee, light snacks, bakes + buns, with weekly studio classes, workshops + training. Check out our weekly yoga schedule, as well as sound baths, breathwork, trauma sensitive practices, therapeutic sessions + collabs with other fab businesses! We are a female founded, female led business + social enterprise, celebrating whatever season you're in!

What is Hatha yoga?
My advice? The best way to find out? Just arrive + try it.

No fancy outfits. No mirrors. No pressure.

Just a bit of time for yourself to move + breathe properly.
This class is not about smashing a workout, or sweating the bit out.
It’s about feeling better in your body- the lovely one you already have ❤️
