The ‘Winter Blend’ Spiced Orange, Cinnamon & Clove candle is a perfect gift for Christmas 🎄It is handmade by a small business in the Cotswolds called Pillowsprays using only 100% soy wax and premium fragrance scents. I have personally purchased these candles before and they smell amazing and are beautifully packaged.

The candle has a burn time of approximately 35 hours and is designed to create a relaxing ambience with the scent of winter. Imagine how good your room would smell 🕯️

Really interesting reel on women and the culture of ‘doing it all’. We were not designed for this constant output. We can feel like we don’t have time to stop and rest or that we don’t deserve it . This leads to overwhelming stress and potential burnout.
