Here are a few tips to ease you into the autumnal season and keep your feet healthy and happy:
Top Tip 1: Choose the right shoes and socks
Opt for socks made from natural fibres such as wool or cotton — these keep your feet warm while still allowing them to breathe. For footwear, go with insulating materials like leather, which don’t get damp easily and also allow breathability.
Top Tip 2: Moisturise daily
Colder weather often causes dryness, cracked heels, and flaking. To prevent this, moisturise your feet regularly. Massage cream into clean, dry feet 1–2 times a day. I can advise you on the best products to use.
Top Tip 3: Sport-specific socks
