Movement on the Mall: Discover Pilates on the mat ✨

This is our final week of Movement on the Mall where once again we will be delving deep into the Pilates method and leading participants through a series of exercises on the mat 🌿

Work on the mat forms the core of the Pilates method so you get a real flavour of what this form of exercise is all about.

Expect a slow flow class which will introduce you to the basic movements and which is suitable for all abilities. We will provide the mat and all props needed for the class, so simply register and arrive wearing comfortable clothing that you are able to move freely in 😊

These classes promise to leave you feeling challenged, stretched, energised and stronger 💪

As part of Child Safety Week, Newry DEA and the Home Safety Team are hosting a FREE workshop 'Simple Steps to a Safer Home'.

This practical workshop is designed to help families and carers keep children safe at home, covering topics such as:
