Coach Colleen finally back on track!
Took a bit of time but it is definitely not easy to just ‘bounce back’ after a c section and finding the time to prioritise yourself!
Long way to go but I have started and that’s the hardest step.
Nutrition was the first step, perping my food for the day so I eat along with my little boy and no more waiting until the evening time to eat and overindulge. With my food i have cut down on processed foods and concentrating on upping my protein at every meal which is keeping me much fuller and satisfied! I am committed to 8-10,000 steps a day and doing my curves workout 3 times a week 4 if I can squeeze it in. My energy levels are much better which benefits my mental health with our happy hormone endorphins ☺️
