The Burdens we put on our body physically & mentally are endless & unavoidable at times.

From the food that we eat to what we put on our skin or wash with daily.
Our body needs to break all of this down and eliminate as efficiently as possible to ensure that we can heal and repair at a cell level.
Not to mention our day to day mental & emotional struggles that we undertake. These have just as much effect if not more on our internal environment.

So it is important that we support these detoxification pathways.
The excess load is not necessarily going to lighten or become any less, unless you are about to make drastic changes to your life (which doesn’t happen overnight) but your body’s capability to cope will become better & you won’t feel yourself crash as easily when these detoxification systems are optimal.

Why : well a few reasons, it will ultimately reduce the toxic load on your body, most non organic food is contaminated by pesticides or antibiotic exposure. Things like glyphosate (highly toxic chemical used as w**d killer) are often used. This can lead to a range of symptoms nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, headaches. It is classified as a known carcinogen to humans, yet a massive amount of our food has traces of it. Non organic food can further enhance chronic diseases. There are also studies that have shown exposure to pesticides can reduce female fertility and lead to early miscarriage. So go into your local fruit and veg shop and start asking if they have more organic options.

I‘M BACK 🙌🏼💪 of health.
So after taking a step back for the last few years to focus on my studies (Nutritional therapy) I am ready to get you all excited about health and Fitness again.
With my new Holistic approach, I want to create a space where you learn to respect and nurture your body. Through movement, nutrition and lifestyle.
I have 5 spaces available in these small group classes. These are about building consistency in your life and building your ability of physical fitness.
