Our U10 boys made the short journey to our neighbours in Tullylish this evening for a great runout. The group was split into two teams, ensuring every child had plenty of time on the pitch to develop their skills and enjoy the game.

It was fantastic to see the boys working together, learning how to play as a team, and taking some brilliant scores along the way. Nights like these are all about fun, progress, and teamwork.

A huge thank you once again to .opticians for sponsoring the boys' new jerseys — they looked fantastic in them.

New research shows that over half of parents aren’t fully protecting their children’s eyes from UV damage, with many mistakenly believing a hat offers the same protection as sunglasses.

Children’s eyes are more vulnerable to UV rays, and long-term exposure can lead to problems later in life. That’s why we’re raising awareness of the importance of proper UV eye protection.

To support our campaign, we’re highlighting key tips for protecting young eyes:
