Acknowledgment of Michael O’Hanlon
We the family of the late Michael O’Hanlon wish to express our sincere and heartfelt thanks to everyone who sympathised with us during our recent bereavement.
We would like to thank our families, friends, neighbours and community for all their support, also those that phoned, messaged, sent Mass Cards, brought food, served refreshments and attended the wake and funeral Mass and who donated to the St Patrick’s Underage Development Fund.
We gratefully thank Dr. Quinn and all the staff at Newtownhamilton Health Centre for all they did for our father over the years. Similarly, all the carers and District nurses who attended, cared and treated our father.
A very sincere thanks to Canon Michael Toner for the beautiful Mass and graveside words and for calling to the house.
We also want to thank Dearbhla McCoy for her singing and Terence Rafferty for the music.
A special word of thanks to St. Patrick’s GFC for the Guard of Honour and the carrying of our father’s coffin from the church to the graveside and for the use of the Community Centre after the funeral, and to Mona McEntee and staff who provided the beautiful food.
Finally thank you to Aisling and Seamus Murray Funeral Directors for the support, guidance and professional and dignified manner in which they conducted the wake and funeral arrangements.
It would be impossible to thank everyone individually who helped and we hope this acknowledgment will be accepted by all as a token of our deep appreciation.
The Months Mind Mass for Michael will be celebrated on Sunday 11th January at 11.30 in St. Patrick’s Church Cullyhanna.
