As our team grew, brick by brick, and key positions were filled, that vision was shaped and strengthened by every new voice. Each addition brought fresh ideas, new perspectives, and energy to keep moving us forward.

Today, we’re proud to formally launch our CITE Values — the guiding principles that will steer us daily, from our first-year apprentices to the boardroom.

We will continue to build. We will continue to grow. But we will never lose sight of the message that has carried us for the past decade.

🎓🎓 QUALIFICATIONS 🎓🎓

Many congratulations to our apprentice plumber Caolim Maginn on completing his NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing & Heating. All the hard work, dedication and focus has paid off - we are all very proud of you!

To congratulate Caolim on his achievement we are happy to present him with new tools to recognise this landmark in his career.

MR Mechanical Services are advocates of the Apprenticeship process and are delighted to be able to support Caolim on the next step of his journey.

⛳️ Golf Days ⛳️

What better way to kick off the Easter Break than a relaxing afternoon on the golf course.

MR Mechanical Services were delighted to sponsor Our Lady's Grammar School golf day in aid of their Zambia Girl Impact Project.

What a great day was had by some of the MR Mechanical Team and for such a worthwhile cause, even if it was a little wet!

Ciaran got a little confused and thought the golf was IN Zambia (not FOR Zambia) judging by the shorts 🤣🤣🤣

Last Friday, our team successfully completed their First Aid training with Health Matters in Newry.

As a company, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of Health & Safety, and First Aid training is a crucial part of this. Alongside ensuring that all our vehicles are equipped with the correct first aid kits, we now have multiple team members qualified in First Aid across our work locations—ready to assist if ever needed.

As our company continues to grow, so too will the skills and development of our staff, and their safety remains our top priority.
