A great wee article! We have all heard the expression "the straw that broke the camel's back?" I've heard alot of clients say, "it was a small insignificant movement that caused the spasm or pain to start", however with our bodies these things can be a combination of factors over time, build up of tension, stress, incorrect posture and incorrect lifting techniques can take their toll, and when we don't listen to our bodys, they start screaming!
