Horizon Care is a domiciliary care company. Horizon Care was established 15 years ago. We are a Home Care provider delivering a service commissioned by Devon County Council and NHS Devon CCG.
We are based in Exeter however, we have branched out to Newton Abbot and the surrounding areas to help look after vulnerable clients.
We have salaried Health Care Assistant job positions available.

Hours: 7am-2pm and/or 4pm -10pm. The Rota is managed Monday to Sunday, weekend work is required but NOT every weekend. Permanent Salaried Contract.

As a Health Care Assistant your role and duties will be: Carrying out personal and domestic care for clients; including washing/showering, assisting to dress, catheter care, and moving and handling. Preparing and serving hot and cold food at mealtimes, in some cases assisting to feed. Administering medication from blister packs and applying prescribed creams. Attending to any light household chores such as dishes, laundry and bed changing. Enabling clients to live independently and remain safe in their own homes as they wish.
