“Dieting is hard and boring”
Dieting is as hard and as boring as you make it. This what a typical day of eating looks like for a pro fighter in camp.
No heavy restrictions, no boring ‘chicken rice and broccoli’ just solid food that fuels performance whilst dropping the scale number.
Don’t get me wrong you still have to move to ensure fat loss is happening but that’s not as hard as you think.
