Dieting is as hard and as boring as you make it. This what a typical day of eating looks like for a pro fighter in camp.

No heavy restrictions, no boring ‘chicken rice and broccoli’ just solid food that fuels performance whilst dropping the scale number.

Don’t get me wrong you still have to move to ensure fat loss is happening but that’s not as hard as you think.

They fail because they’re making the wrong moves consistently.

Too extreme.
Too inconsistent.
Too focused on the wrong things.

Fix these 4 mistakes and everything changes:
• Stop going all-in, all at once
• “Healthy” doesn’t mean low calorie
• Move more daily (not just workouts)
• Focus on trends, not daily weigh-ins

This is the difference between spinning your wheels…
