Yesterday was the final stroll for our wonderful wellbeing walkers 🍁🍄🌲🌞

A huge thankyou to this fabulous first group, getting us started on a journey to improve physical and mental health through activity, companionship and exposure to nature.

Are you or someone you know heading to university this September? While no specific vaccines are mandatory for most UK university students, the NHS recommends that new university students get the MenACWY vaccine for meningitis and septicemia, ensure they've had two doses of the MMR vaccine for measles, mumps, and rubella, and consider the HPV vaccine. Contact us to check your vaccination history and get any recommended vaccines before starting university, as mixing with large numbers of new people increases the risk of these infections
