A great fun start to our spring term at horses4life. Our Wednesday group had great fun sledging in the fields and building snowmen followed by the obligatory hot chocolate with cream and marshmallow 😋

We have had an incredible few weeks at horses4life. We were pleased to be able to support Standing Talls 16 days of activism . Storm was absolutely amazing and stood very proudly in paignton high street getting cuddled and helped lots of people to feel more comfortable talking about their experiences.
We have also had several sessions from in-focus and I have to say my ponies are absolutely awesome . In the first week the students who all have sight/ hearing and mobility issues struggled with their confidence but this week they all where able to lead the ponies around the school and have asked for a Christmas themed agility course next week!!

World mental health day
We always make sure our animals mental health is looked after, they work hard ensuring everyone who visits horses4life have a great time . This week they have enjoyed a great time on dartmoor exploring the streams and tors around two bridges. Odin went to do dog show where he got 1st , 2nd and runner up , he was so chuffed with his rosettes and proudly showed them to the children this week

Autumn has landed at horses4life, the ponies have grown their winter woollies to keep them warm in the colder weather .
We have welcomed some new faces this term and have said goodbye to some of our older students who have moved onto new and exciting things, we are very proud of the work we have done helping them gain the confidence and self-esteem to move forwards.
We are looking forwards to starting our AQA unit awards this term, so if you have a child who is a school refusers and would like more information on how they could participate in the AQA unit award scheme please get in contact at www.horses4life.co.uk
