People often tell me they plan to start yoga when they have more time, are a bit fitter, feel better…
But yoga meets you where you are. There’s no need to show up in any particular way or to be fit, flexible or in a good head space.
Yoga is great for your body, and it also supports your mental health. Join me at FWX Gym (next to the Coop at Hele Park, Newton Abbot), 10-11am on Wednesdays.
This is a gentle Hatha yoga class that is suitable for everyone. As well as yoga postures, we use breathing techniques and relaxation to calm the mind and leave you feeling energised and de-stressed.
