💚I ran a Baby & Child first Aid class for this lovely family in the Sidmouth area on Friday evening.

❤️They are going to be welcoming a new baby into the family very soon and all wanted to be clued up with the latest First Aid guidelines to keep the little one as safe as they can.

⛑️I had a really lovely evening meeting you all, excited to hear about news of your safe arrival!! 🥳

❤️ all the resources to take part in a beautiful personalised keepsake craft activity

❤️ a gentle baby massage routine using aromatherapy, sensory lighting and soft music to get the oxytocin flowing!

❤️ A beautiful valentines themed photo set up

As always, these sessions will be very relaxed and baby-led and I am also on hand if you are needing any support with feeding, weaning, colic etc.
