I’m very excited to be starting from Thursday 4th September Sound Journeys at Pridhamsleigh centre. This is such a beautiful sacred place to be in whether you are the facilitator or a participant, it automatically makes you feel relaxed and nurtured🙏.

My Sound Journeys will have a Taoist theme to them and will consist of Gongs, Singing Bowls, Monolina and various other sacred and percussion instruments to take you on a sacred listening journey guided by The Art of Tao.

These Sound Journeys will be on the first Thursday of every month starting from September.

Time: 11.15am - 12.15pm

Cost: £15pp

Our retreat weekend is fast approaching and we can't wait to welcome you to Namaste Barn!

This 3-night, 4-day retreat cultivates the art of being in the present moment, through a blend of accessible practices and gentle explorations, including:

Neurogenic Yoga™ AKA Gentle Yoga with TRE, combining yoga asana and pranayama with reactivation of the body’s natural, therapeutic shaking response to release long-held tension and trauma and restore the body to wholeness.

Yin yoga, which is a slow meditative floor based practice that supports the health of our connective tissue/ fascia, with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints, improving flexibility and naturally cultivating peace of mind.

As well as Therapeutic Yoga Nidra, Walking Meditation and Mindfulness Meditation.

You can dip your toe into the retreat, enjoying as much as feels right for you or you may choose to simply dive in. You are free to enjoy the peace and tranquility of this beautiful haven through walks over the stunning countryside on your own or with fellow wanderers.
