If you’re planning your wedding this year and you haven’t got everything sorted, I’m just begging of you DON’T PANIC!! don’t go rushing into booking things without checking them out first and make sure that you have the absolute right person/thing for you.
This is your special day and it needs to be exactly what you want from it. There are loads of professionals out there ready and willing to help you, make the most of them. Some of them will have availability (no matter what people might say to put pressure on you ) and will be happy to work with you.
Enjoy this time, It should be full of excitement, blessings and love ❤️

I did a Civil Partnership ceremony today at The Deer Wood Trust CIC amazing natural venue. Lisa will do anything for you to make the day perfect. If you want to get back to nature for your celebration or event I’d say give them a call

Just to say to all of you out there who are planning your wedding. Don’t panic, don’t go over the top with your spending there’s no need. There are so many lovely people out there who will help you and not charge the earth… You don’t have to go into debt for it. And obviously, if you need a good Celebrant, I’m available… Just saying!!

Good afternoon all you lovely people out there. I am going to start posting ideas for readings and poems that may be useful to couples who are wondering what they might like for their ceremony. There is so much stuff out there, happy, romantic, funny, in fact, it is like a bottomless pit of wonderful words. Maybe you had something amazing at your ceremony and would like to share it, or maybe you would like an idea for a specific situation or person, let me know...I'd love to find something for you to look at and enjoy.

Marriage is....

Marriage is a dynamic process of discovery.
Marriage is a journey, not an arrival.
In marriage, being the right person is as important as finding the right person.
Marriage is starting to love, over and over again.
Marriage is a life’s work.
Marriage is an art…and like any creative process, it requires active thought and effort.
We have to lean how to share on many different levels.
We need to practise talking from the heart,
And understanding attitudes as well as words.
Giving generously and receiving graciously are talents that are available to anyone.
But these skills need to be developed, if the marriage picture that we paint is to be anything approaching the masterpiece intended.

SILENT AUCTION for any civil ceremony in aid of ROWCROFT HOSPICE
Just in case anybody is thinking about getting married or renewing their vows (or having any other, Civil Ceremony before 31st December 2024) you might be interested to know that I have donated a voucher for a Civil Ceremony to to the amazing Newton Abbot Operatic society who will be running it during the panto this year. You can put in any bid you like and you never know you might get lucky! It could be totally worth it for you and will be raising money for an amazing charity at the same time
You don’t necessarily have to be going to the panto… Please feel free to contact them or me for more details.
