Happy New Year!!!

It's probably a shock to see a post by me 🥴😲 the last few months of 2023 were really quite busy, overwhelming and tiring. I was being a mum, school teacher (Christmas is no joke in a primary school), teaching hypno clients, being a friend and being a family member and I just couldn't keep up with socials.

✨ Happy Halloween ✨

I remember recieving this photo so many times when I was pregnant with Pip. She was due in November but everyone thought she'd arrive early (on Halloween because I love dressing up). Low and behold she didn't because she wasn't ready.

Anyways.. this picture made be feel pretty fearful, it put birth into perspective and made me question how the heck will I get this baby out.

So, I put on an MP3 relaxation and took my mind to a better place and reassured myself my body knows what it is doing and will birth my baby.

So if you are due around now and get sent this... Don't fear. Deep breaths in and eat the sweets. Your body is built for this 💪💪 who had an Autumn baby? 🎃🎃

I adore when I have the message through to say a new baby has been born. I love it even more when the tools and techniques that we went through together really supported their labour and birth.

✨ Is hypnobirthing right for me? ✨

I would definitely say you are best to give it a try. Hypnobirthing is a combination of antenatal education and relaxation techniques to support you throughout pregnancy, birth and beyond.

I have had a fair few birth teams now who have experienced different types of births and hypnobirthing has assisted them significantly in each.

Plus it's not just for the now, it's going to support you forever. Busy environment? Breathe and relax. Children repeating your name 100x a day? Breathe and relax. About to deliver an important presentation? Breathe and relax.

✨ You're gorgeous ✨

A bit of a different post from my usual hypno content.
In May, I looked at my body and was so unhappy.. unhappy despite it had grown two babies, birthed them and then fed them for over a year each.

I decided I needed to change my mindset around this so joined I wanted to be fit and healthy physically but more importantly mentally!

I was completing a zesty session and he came out with this quote and I loved it.

So if you're not feeling 100% confident about your body, keep going with what's on the inside, that's what everyone loves and cherishes. You're incredible and you should be proud of yourself! 💪
