I have been collaborating with Polly for Bump, Birth, Baby to create a wonderful workshop called :
**Pregnancy & Birth Preparation Workshop**

This 3-hour workshop will help you prepare for birth with confidence, calm, and clarity.

This immersive experience blends pregnancy yoga, hypnobirthing, birth education, relaxation, and personalised guidance to support you physically and emotionally as you prepare to welcome your baby.

• Gentle pregnancy yoga
• Hypnobirthing & breathing techniques
• Birth planning support
• Guided relaxation & meditation
• Practical take-home tools for labour & birth

Unfortunately, I’ve made the decision to cancel the upcoming event due to low bookings.

While I’m disappointed not to bring this one to life, I think I will reschedule it for another time.

Thank you so much for your support and interest—it really does mean a lot. If you were considering coming, I’d love to hear what would make future events more appealing to you. And when do you think it would work best for you (week day and month)!
