💬Polite Notice💬

After an increase in appointment cancellations in the last couple of weeks I have now put into place a cancellation policy. This applies to all clients (new and current). Please be advised there is a 50% cancellation fee for appointments cancelled less than 48 hours prior and a 100% cancellation fee for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours prior or for no shows. If you cannot make your appointment and need to rearrange please call me on 07852723458.

In addition to this new clients will now have to pay £15 deposit to secure their appointments. If any clients have any questions or queries please don’t hesitate to contact me on the above number.

We are excited to welcome all our lovely clients back into the clinic next week. To book call 07852723458 or DM the page.

To ensure we are keeping our clients and therapist safe we will be following the government guidelines throughout each treatment this includes:
⚽️Full PPE will be worn by the therapist, we ask that all clients must wear face coverings unless they are exempt
🏀COVID-19 screening will be completed before each session
🏈Temperature checks on arrival
⚾️ 2m distance will be followed before and after treatment.
🥎 We ask for you to come in alone to your appointment, but we fully understand if you need to bring small children into the clinic
🎾 All clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian
🏐The clinic will be deep cleaned before and after every appointment
🏉In between clients the room will be aired out for a minimum of 45mins
