Navigating the Menopause: Your complete wellbeing workshop

Join us for a supportive, informative workshop designed to help you understand and feel more confident about the menopause and the changes it brings.

Menopause can feel confusing, overwhelming, and sometimes lonely. Hot flushes, poor sleep, low mood, weight changes, brain fog..it’s a lot to navigate on your own.

We are excited to announce that we will be running another set of FREE menopause workshops, providing a safe, supportive space to:

✨Understand what’s happening in your body
✨Learn practical ways to manage symptoms
✨Explore nutrition, movement, sleep and stress
✨Ask questions without judgement
✨Connect with others going through the same thing

You don’t have to “just put up with it”. There are things that can help.

If you are phoning with the following conditions such as sinusitis, sore throat, earache, infected insect bites, impetigo, Shingles and UTI’s you will be signposted to Pharmacy First, these common conditions can be dealt with by the pharmacy.

If your concern is clinically urgent for today, please hold the line to speak to one of our patient services coordinators.
