It’s jubilee bank holiday so I will be holding an open weigh in between 5:30pm and 7pm, I will not be doing an image therapy session and raffle but there will be refreshments and a one to one chat with me if you’d like one , please do try and make it along, you have a whole hour and a half to weigh in and fit it around your jubilee plans 😀

Wow what an amazing month March was !!!!!

As many of you know I’m a slimming world consultant running groups in Bovey Tracey and Bradley Barton Newton Abbot , I’ve been a consultant with slimming world for 15.5 years now and absolutely love helping people on their weight loss journeys

In March my members weight losses were absolutely fantastic losing a fabulous 977.5 lbs !!!!!!
That’s an amazing loss of 69 st 11.5 lbs 😮
