I just had a cracking couple of hours with my some of my colleagues Slimming World Dawlish with Claire 07882758048 and Slimming World Buckfastleigh with Kathrin at the Iceland Foods Slimming World event in Newton Abbot today.

Met lots of lovely people and even got to do my shopping 🛍 and receive my 10% discount.

Also, I got to enjoy the pancakes 🥞 and naan bread 🍞 tasters we had out, along with the new cherry-lucious 🍒 Hifi bar.

I'm not going to feel bad or guilty for not ticking ✔️ off that ⅓ of my plate 🍽 of speed free food at breakfast, cos I know I'm definitely making up for it at lunchtime!

An absolutely fantastically filling amount of apple 🍎, pear 🍐, grapefruit 🍊 and blackberries 🍓 (the strawberry moji was the closest I could get for that lol). Topped with natural skyr yoghurt. So yummy 😋

Whether it's cereal & milk 🥣🥛or peanut butter 🥜🧈 on wholemeal toast 🍞 for breakfast 🍽, I'm really enjoying the flexibility of how I have my healthy extras choices these days 😄!

And the best part ..... I'm losing weight!!! ⚖️

Just been to Lidl to get some bits 🍇 🍎 🍌 and it was lovely to see 4 members from my Bovey Tracey group also doing a spot of shopping 🛍

Happy to report that all trolleys. 🛒 (including my own) were full of Food Optimised items.

You never know who's watching 👀 lol, so be mindful of those Easter egg 🍫 🥚 S.W.I.P.'s

Working 🖥 from home today.

Well kind of ..... I'm actually on a Zoom 📹 training thing but I'm still food optimising 100%, lunch is Hunters Chicken 🐔 Risotto (a winning recipe from a member competition) from the incredible Slimming World food range at Iceland Foods & The Food Warehouse and just look at my amazing snacks!

This week in group we are nominating our fabulous Two Together competition entries and looking 👀 forward to our taster 🍽 sessions the following week 📅.

I have just tried Jackfruit for the very 1st time ever!
Where have you been all my life??? It was so yummy!

Sometimes it pays to just let somebody else choose your food! This would not have been a choice I would have made however, I forgot to select my meals and SWK did it for me - I was apprehensive about trying this but so glad I did!
