Working 🖥 from home today.

Well kind of ..... I'm actually on a Zoom 📹 training thing but I'm still food optimising 100%, lunch is Hunters Chicken 🐔 Risotto (a winning recipe from a member competition) from the incredible Slimming World food range at Iceland Foods & The Food Warehouse and just look at my amazing snacks!

This week in group we are nominating our fabulous Two Together competition entries and looking 👀 forward to our taster 🍽 sessions the following week 📅.

I have just tried Jackfruit for the very 1st time ever!
Where have you been all my life??? It was so yummy!

Sometimes it pays to just let somebody else choose your food! This would not have been a choice I would have made however, I forgot to select my meals and SWK did it for me - I was apprehensive about trying this but so glad I did!

Hahaha 😂 I'm probably well, late ⏰️ to this party 🥳 but I have used my for a more productive reason today.

I am today years old when I found out I could do this - a massive thank you 😊 to Travel Trolls TV for giving me the idea from your latest !

Tell it what you've got in the cupboard and it will give you ideas of what to make with the ingredients!!!

Who knew this was/is a thing?

I just randomly selected some of the things in my cupboard and it came up with 5 meals!!!

I had the crispy potato and bean hash and added a couple of eggs (inspired by the picture) for breakfast this morning and it was amazing

I love ❤️ going to my local Iceland Foods / The Food Warehouse to fill up my freezer with meals from the Slimming World food range.

I'm giving myself some love ❤️ this February by committing to the Slimming World 🌎 have set their members to % (starting in a couple of weeks) for 3 weeks

My today is - I'm committed to writing ✍️ my food intake down on a food diary and I'm really motivated to make every meal 🍽 count towards my weight loss 📉 💪 ⚖️ .

Breakfast was a Choice pancake 🥞 from the 🌎 range at Iceland Foods / The Food Warehouse (members still get 10% discount💰on their whole shop 🛍 when they show their membership card 💳 at the till 🛒 until Monday 9th February 📅). I had fat free natural yogurt, banana 🍌, kiwi 🥝, apple 🍎 on top of my pancake and a sprinkle of granola (carefully weighed at 12g for 2½ ).

Lunch will be a 🌎 lunch pot from the SW range and then dinner I have Sea Bass, SW chips & mushy peas to look forward to. I have also planned into my day plenty of as I know I'm not having my ⅓ of the plate 🍽 with my meals.
