Helen Bourne - Baby Massage Instructor I am a mother, grandmother and qualified infant massage practitioner with 8 years experience of teaching groups of parents with their babies.

I am also a midwife, an early years teacher and a Family Support Practitioner who provides a safe, professional, confidential and non-judgemental space for parents to discuss their challenges. I have thirty years experience of counselling with parents and children.

I am slowly recovering from flu and a chest infection so have postponed the start of the new class until 20th April. Still love to hear from anyone interested for this group as there is space.

I have a new class starting on Wednesday April 13th also at Kingsteignton Community Hall. It is a warm and welcoming space with plenty of accessible parking. Do let friends and relatives know and I am always happy to have a chat with anyone about the benefits of the course not only for the baby but parents and families too. I am also starting a gift voucher as a gift for a new parent and baby that will last through life.

I shall be sad to say goodbye to so many wonderful parents and babies next week. It is such a special time together and I love being with everything about them. The delights, the smiles, the hard times and sharing so many different issues that come up in these early months of parenting.

I am back with a new Baby Massage course starting on February 10th at Kingsteignton Community Hall- a very accessible venue. Let me know if you'd like a place and share with friends who have babies from birth to pre crawling. This is a class with both emotional and physical benefits for baby and a wonderful support for early parenting.

This is lovely introduction to baby massage and useful for older babies, toddlers and on upwards. Also good thoughts on when a sibling arrives in the family. Well worth a read!
