A shared space for Mother & Baby....
Held in Sound was born out of my personal journey as a mother.

I felt so deeply everything my child was experiencing, without being able to distinguish where their feelings ended & mine began. When they felt overwhelmed so did I. At the time i didn't understand we where sharing the same nervous system.

Held in Sound offers a chance to co-regulate together. A nurturing Sound Bath supporting you & your baby to relax, co-regulate & settle your nervous systems together.

Creative time is woven into the sessions, with space to draw, write, express & reflect, helping to gently prepare for the week ahead.
