Struggling with physical or emotional pain or stress? Craniosacral therapy is an unusually gentle and relaxing physical therapy that helps to release both subtle and deep rooted tensions stored in our fascia: the connective tissue that literally holds us together and has a significant effect on how we feel. Upledger Craniosacral therapy was discovered by an osteopath in the middle of the last century, and now taught in 50 countries around the world. It is a cloths-on therapy. Typically clients come for help with assorted musculoskeletal issues (especially back, neck & head), nerve issues including sciatica, headaches, stress, sleep problems, emotional issues, and for deep relaxation and increased well-being.
The Wellness Rooms in Newton Abbot is now closed, and now I just work from Follaton on the outskirts of Totnes. I charge £50 for a treatment.

"So far, I have had 5 sessions with Nick. I just can't convey here just how beneficial those sessions have been. I feel totally at ease with Nick, which allows me to enter what I call "the other world". Nick has the ability to relax me so much I drift into the space between awake and sleep. When I leave my session, I am relaxed more than I have ever been in my whole life. I plan to continue seeing Nick indefinitely. Out of the 168 hours there are in a week, the hour I spend with nick is my favourite"
