PUMA Taekwondo Ashburton We are a family oriented school based at Ashburton Town Hall. Classes are on Fridays 6-7pm
Mixed age/ability and families welcome, min age 7yrs

A family school, with a great balance of fitness, fun and Taekwondo. Instructor Wendy has 21 years teaching experience and a background in sports science, sports therapy and health and fitness as well as being a qualified children's fitness instructor, boxercise and kickboxercise instructor,gym instructor, suspension training instructor and exercise to music instructor

This week we have my nephew Taite in clinic on work experience. He is an avid rugby player exploring the world of sports therapy with me. Here he is delivering some class 4 laser therapy to one of our clients this morning. If you are booked in during the day this week, you will get to meet him.
