Friday was our practical exam day of Bodywork which I passed - yippee. It was also the last day spending time with these wonderful humans! What an amazing 8 months we’ve had, I’m gutted it’s over yet at the same time excited and proud to have completed my level 3 diploma in therapeutic massage. Just a tiny bit of coursework left and I’ll be fully qualified! Thank you so much Louise and the team. A brilliant course!

I’m heading off to Indonesia next week to visit family in Sumatra and to travel to where we used to live - Bali and have new adventures in Lombok.
The Alami Skincare shop will be closed from 13th August.

Just to let you all know ( in case you didn’t already) I’ve been learning therapeutic body massage with a brilliant school in Exeter -. I’m a few months in now so am now offering half price full body massage £25) while I’m still training. This is now available to book through the website (link in today’s stories).
Therapeutic massage is incredibly good for us in many levels. Not only does it help relieve tension, stiffness and pain in our muscles and joints but it’s also incredibly relaxing to receive.
Like all the treatments I offer, this is very centred around calming your nervous system, tuning in to your needs and helping you really switch off.
